I've been noodling away at this for ages, 10 minutes a time here and there. I've worked on the face most as you can probably tell- but as it's all glowy i'd put an misty overlay on there eventually. just working on what it'd look like under there.I'll finish it....someday!
Anyone have any useful tips or suggestions for what I have so far?
